I couldn't help but feel like a VIP with the parking facilities at this hotel. It was like having my very own red carpet entrance, except instead of paparazzi, there were just a few cars waiting to be parked. It made me feel special, and I didn't have to worry about finding a spot on the crowded streets of Lille. Simply marvelous!

At 9.30, there was already a scarcity of food and drink options available. While I managed to get some orange juice and milk upon request, the staff's reaction when I asked for eggs was rather unpleasant.

excellent english speaking reception staff, hotel very clean and comfortable we were pleasantly suprised that the hotel was so nice as the location is a bit rough This seems to be an area of immigrant housing including a caravan encampment just up the road but as 2 ladies in Lille for the annual Braderie we walked back and forth into town and were not hassled or accosted by anyone so although the area looks down at heel the streets are safe! Free underground locked parking is a wonderful bonus We will be back next year!

We had a room at the front overlooking the main road. This road seems to be a racetrack for motorcycle racing late at night/early am and although there are metal shutters on the windows it is still noisy.

The rooms were comfy and clean, perfect for a good night's sleep after exploring Lille. Plus, the hotel had a snooker and pool table for some friendly competition with my friends. We had a great time!

The only thing we wished for was a lively bar or lounge area where we could hang out and meet other young people. It would have been awesome to have a fun social space to wind down after a long day of exploring.

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and there were a few things that we liked. the rooms were clean and tidy, which is always a plus. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. And finally, the hotel was located within walking distance to the city center and public transport, making it convenient for exploring the area.

There were a few things that we didn't like. the area surrounding the hotel was not very clean and felt a bit dodgy.

Only 7 km away from the airport, charming establishment with a warm welcome, secure parking, close to the city center and public transport, delicious breakfast, free daily newspapers.

Spacious parking, competitive price. Family room on 4th floor with big bathroom, good shower. Separate toilet and coffee/tea facilities. Flatscreen TV. Basic but good breakfast. Early check-in available. Friendly staff. Fast food options nearby. Easy access off main road. Clean and comfortable. Great bakery nearby. Quiet room after moving from noisy one. Comfy bed. Helpful receptionists. Good breakfast, apart from tea.

My children wanted a dedicated play area for younger kids.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the main road, making it a perfect stopover on our drive to Germany. The surrounding area is nice and feels safe. We were delighted to find a restaurant nearby serving traditional French dishes as well as the usual breakfast options. The room was clean and tidy, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful.

I chose this hotel for attending a symposium and it provided all the necessary facilities. The reception was open 24 hours, there was a breakfast room and a lobby bar open 24 hours, an elevator, wireless internet throughout the hotel, and a meeting room. The parking facility was also convenient.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or an internet corner where I could have easily accessed a computer and other office amenities.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt welcome throughout our stay. The secure parking provided us with peace of mind, especially since the hotel is located in a less desirable area. The hotel itself could definitely use some renovation, but that didn't detract from our overall experience. Special mention to Dale from Hotel Services, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

The beds were super comfy and the staff were incredibly helpful. The private parking was a major plus and the hotel was really clean inside. The free wi-fi worked perfectly and the breakfast, although basic, was good. The room had a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a mini-bar. a great experience!

I stayed at Nord-Hotel with my family for a weekend trip to Northern France. It was hard to find a hotel that could accommodate all four of us, but Nord-Hotel was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the 24-hour reception made us feel safe. The secure parking below the hotel was a great bonus for our vehicle. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the brand new TV. The location was convenient, with a bus station across the street and a subway station nearby. it was a great choice for a family stay.
